Shipping & Returns
All
shipping for online orders is via FedEx Ground or US Postal.
Online orders will normally ship within one business day upon
receipt of order but may be delayed due to holidays or other
circumstances. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement and
tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped without
signature required unless you contact us beforehand with this
request. For returns, if Novo-Tech has made an error in delivering
the wrong product from the original order, we will exchange the
product and cover shipping. If the customer wishes to exchange
their original order for another product, the customer is
responsible for return shipping and redelivery fees. All returns
must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which can be
obtained at info@water-keep.com.
Buyer
agrees to accept FedEx delivery confirmation as proof of delivery.
Buyer agrees that no signature is required by buyer as delivery
confirmation unless specific arraignments are made with Novo-Tech.
Additional Shipping and Handling charges will be assessed for this
service. Buyer agrees that no chargebacks will be made to
Novo-Tech resulting from product ordered and delivered to an
incorrect address provided by the Buyer. Buyer agrees that no
chargeback will be made to Novo-Tech upon proof of delivery
confirmation by FedEx to address provided by Buyer at time of
purchase. Upon no circumstances is a signature required by Buyer
as proof of delivery confirmation unless Buyer specifically
requests this special service for an additional charge at time of
purchase.
