Novo-Tech, Inc, makers of premium Water-Keep superabsorbent polymers, was founded by Anne Bringuier in 2001. Anne has a Master of Science in Materials Science and Polymer Engineering from Penn State University and has worked in Research and Development for two international telecommunications companies for almost 20 years. In addition to development of superabsorbents for horticultural applications, she has also led efforts for use of such materials in the production of fiber optic cables.
